Irish Mudslide
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Vodka
- 1 ounce Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlua)
- 1 ½ ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ½ ounces Heavy Cream (or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup ice)
- Blend together, rim glass with chocolate syrup and garnish with shaved chocolate
Spring Blueberry Gin Fizz
- 1.5 ounces Empress Gin
- 1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
- tonic water
- garnish with blueberries
- garnish with mint & lime wedge
